Building on President Biden’s remarks, the National COVID-19 Preparedness Plan will be presented at the White House, together by: White House COVID-19 Response Coordinator Jeff Zients, Secretary of Health and Human Services Xavier Becerra, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky, and Dr. Anthony Fauci. The White House argues, the National COVID-19 Preparedness Plan – is a roadmap that " enable us to move forward safely, and sustain and build on the progress we’ve made over the past 13 months."

In the afternoon at 2:15 PM, President Biden and The First Lady present remarks on Building a Better America and how the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law delivers for the American people by rebuilding roads and bridges and creating good-paying, union jobs. In the evening at 4:10 PM, President Biden and The First Lady will return to the White House in Washington, DC from Superior, Wisconsin. They depart from Duluth International Airport in Duluth, Minnesota at 4:10 PM. At 7:20 PM they arrive at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland en route to the White House in Washington, DC. At 10:25 AM EST, Vice President Harris will receive a tour of the IBEW local 553 apprentice program at Durham Technical Community College.
At 11:00 AM EST, Vice President Harris will present remarks to highlight the Biden-Harris’s Administration historic investments in our workers. Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh will also present remarks.
At 3:20 PM EST, Vice President Harris will depart Durham, North Carolina en route Washington, DC. Vice President Harris will depart from Raleigh-Durham International Airport and arrive at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland en route to Washington, DC, USA.
